The top fence photos were taken when my brand new fence on the east side was installed in 2011. The gray colored fence in that sequence is my west fence which was totally destroyed in the hurricane. The fence at the bottom was the west fence being replaced in 2018.

1 fence has been replaced and the other repaired until it can be replaced.

Photos after the Raccoons are current taken 7-12-19 to show additional damage done by critters in the soft wood. The attic now needs to be sterilized and the insulation replaced. I am currently looking for a roofer to do more temporary repairs .

The lighter colored shingles over the garage were repairs made after hurricane Francis. A small tornado went between my house and my neighbor's house and damages just that section of the roof. The roof is not really green, the photo is over saturated.
