1. You decide to book us... you give us a call and we start a worksheet to help you create the perfect package 

2. We will email you an invoice for the retainer

3. You pay the retainer and instantly receive a receipt

4. We receive a notice that you paid

5. We email you an easy-to-use wedding and reception or event E-planner and put your date on our schedule. The e-planner has what is included in your package, a built in timeline, a place for song requests, and for weddings a place for your introduction list and who's doing toasts. You'll receive a 2nd email that includes a generic photo shoot that lists everything we normally shoot. You can add more photos to the timeline planner if there are photos you want that are not on the list.

6. You call us as much as you want for any help or ideas to make your event perfect 321-412-3878. We take notes on your worksheet about your ideas in case you forget to add them to your planner

7. You return the completed planner to us NO LATER THAN 2 weeks before your date

8. We review the information and call you with any questions

9. We assign the perfect DJ and/or photographer and/or videographer for your event

10. They contact you the week of the event, introduce themselves, confirm the information, and make any last minute changes

11. You pay your balance to your subcontractors in cash at the start of the event

12. They make your celebration perfect

13. The photographer uploads your photos for editing

14. We edit your photos and post them on a dedicated page for your event and send you a link to share. You can download all of the photos in web friendly low resolution (not good for printing) for only $2. You can order professional prints directly from the site for about the same price that you can get non professional prints at your local drug store or savings mart

15. If you opt to do non professional prints on your own (not recommended)  you can download your entire gallery in full high resolution with unlimited usage rights for only $100. You can get your photos printed anywhere you want but they will lack the professional quality of the professional prints that you can order right off your custom page.

NEW FOR 2017!

If you would rather have your photos in high resolution on DVDs we will buy the download, burn them to DVD(s) and send them to you by priority mail. Only $110 covers your download fee, blank DVD(s), hard case, padded envelope, and priority mail costs. Just let us know and we'll send you an invoice. We ship the same or next day! Even if you decide not to use one of our professional photographers for your wedding pictures you can still take advantage of our wholesale photo printing by calling 321-412-3878
