So how does our process work?
- You decide to book us... we start a worksheet and help you put the perfect package together
- Click on the Buy now button or we will email you an invoice for the retainer
- You pay the retainer and instantly receive a receipt
- We receive a notice that you paid
- We do a reply with an easy to use wedding and reception or event E-planner and put your date on the schedule
- You call us as much as you want to for any help or ideas to make your event perfect 321-412-3878. We take notes on your worksheet about your ideas in case you forget to add them to your planner
- You return the completed planner to us 2 weeks before your date
- We review the information and call you with any questions
- We assign the perfect DJ and/or photographer/video for your event
- They contact you the week of the event, introduce themselves, confirm the information, and make any last minute changes
- You pay your balance to your subcontractors in cash at the start of the event
- They make your celebration perfect
- The photographer sends us your photos for editing
- We edit your photos and you receive them in 2-3 weeks
- In 3-5 weeks (depending on season) all of your photos will appear on our wholesale printing site where you can get professional prints for much less than you can get non-professional prints

How can we offer such low prices?
Both competitors and clients have asked us “How can you offer such great talent at such low prices”? The
answer is really quite simple. We help our professional DJs,
photographers, and videographers fill in their empty schedule dates by
giving them short notice gigs after they’ve had every opportunity to
book that date at their regular prices.
We
handle all of the marketing, client management/assistance personally, organize the
time line, music selections, introduction lists, photo shoot lists, etc.
We also personally edit the photos before sending them to
our clients. Once our clients have finalized their custom wedding E-planner we
assign the perfect wedding DJ and photographer and forward the planner
to them.
They will then contact you to introduce themselves, confirm the
information on your E-planner, give you their contact info, and make any
last minute changes. Your wedding DJ will coordinate your reception for
you
from the moment you arrive from your after wedding formals until the end
of your last dance. The DJ and photographer basically just have to show
up and perform and we professionally handle the 40-50 hours of prep work that
goes into each wedding.

Some of them perform in our budget friendly packages because they would rather make less money than sit home with $10,000 worth of equipment and make no money at all. Some of them do it because they just like to help people out. All of them give our clients the same top notch performances you would get if you hired them direct at full price. Basically these events fall in their lap and they have no expenses. This gets all of our clients top notch performances at greatly reduced prices. Our company makes a little profit off each event but we do a lot of events nationwide every week so everybody wins!

before I hire you?
Sure, if you would like to hire one of our DJs and/or photographers directly we would be happy to refer them to you, but they are not available at anywhere near our package prices when you hire them that way. In our packages you are basically paying your vendor by the hour and meeting times have not been added. All consultations are free by phone and internet and we will give you as much help as you want. We are professionals at hiring wedding vendors... trust our experience to do a better job than you could do yourself.
Most of our wedding DJs charge between $750-1500 and our photographers charge between $1,000 and $3500. The national average cost is $3089 for these 2 services. We assure you that in today's modern age of technology and communication there is nothing that can be accomplished in a face to face meeting that can not be done via internet and phone.
We are able to offer professional services at such a low price because we have built a huge network
of top performers that are willing to do our budget packages on short
notice for dates that they have not been booked at their regular prices. We
currently do 10-20 weddings a week to perfection. Give us a call
