PLANNING YOUR WEDDING AND RECEPTION

Your team starts working for you immediately as soon as you hire us! After your $499 deposit is received
you will receive your exclusive E-planner which includes:

• Helpful instructions on how to smoothly plan your special day
• A link to an excellent room design/seating chart
• A built in timeline starting with your ceremony and ending with your last dance. All you do is input what time you would like to do each scheduled event and which song you would like for it.
• A place for your introduction list
• A place for your dance song requests
• A generic wedding photo/video shot selection list
• A photo release form in case you want to print photos on your own
• A link to our wholesale photo printing site where you can purchase professional wedding photo packages at about 1/3 of what you would pay elsewhere

Once we have received your completed planner and discussed the details with you we will assign the right wedding DJ, photographer, and videographer to make your vision of your special day be executed to perfection. They will each contact you to introduce themselves, confirm the details for their part of your package planner, answer any questions, and give you their contact information in case you have any last minute changes.

YOUR WEDDING

 Your photographer and videographer will arrive and be ready to start about 1/2 hour before your ceremony.
They will capture all of the pre-wedding events/special moments as specified
on our photo/video planner. Once you are ready they will capture all of your wedding
and then proceed on to the fun and formal after ceremony after photos/videos
for the time that you have allotted.

YOUR RECEPTION

Before your guests arrive your wedding DJ will be set up and ready to go.
Upon your arrival at the reception venue your team will coordinate lining up your bridal party for introductions
and instructing them where to position so that they’ll be in the background for your 1^st dance photos
and video. Your wedding DJ will also cue you as to what part of your intro song
he is going to introduce you. Then your DJ will prep the guests for introductions and
get the celebration started.
  

After your 1^st dance your wedding Disc Jockey will coordinate the optional blessing and announce dinner.

(and release tables if it is a buffet style dinner) After dinner your Dee Jay

will MC the toasts, father-daughter and mother-son dances and any other special dances

you have scheduled. Then he’ll get the party started and pack your dance floor for some

celebration dancing.  At the scheduled time your DJ will coordinate with your photographer

and videographer then MC the garter, bouquet, and cake cutting ceremonies.

After that he’ll reload your dance floor for the last hour of celebrating.

You will receive outstanding performances throughout your celebration that will delight you

and your guests. Your expert wedding DJ will coordinate your timeline from the second you arrive

from your after ceremony fun and formal photos until the final note of your last dance.   

Your photographer and videographer will capture every moment for a lifetime of memories.

Once again the 2012 national average price for this wedding package is $4607,
